Whether you’re interested in trying running for the first time or want to refine your skills, we have a Y program for you! Our group training sessions are an ongoing running program designed for all fitness levels. Switch between any of our 20 local run sessions as needed following registrations.

SYRACUSE YMCA RACE WEEKEND
SPRINT TRIATHLON, DUATHLON, AQUA BIKE & 8K TRAIL RACE

June 8-9, 2019

YMCA Race Weekend takes place on June 8-9, 2019 and includes the YMCA Sprint Triathlon, one of the longest standing triathlons in the country. The weekend includes four events: the YMCA Sprint Triathlon, Duathlon and AquaBike on Saturday, June 8, and the 8K Trail Race on Sunday, June 9.

Proceeds from the triathlon help support life-changing programs at the Y. Over 1,000 participants including new and seasoned athletes, in addition to cancer survivors of all ages, will be part of the weekend activities.

NEW FOR 2019: Duathlon! Run 2 miles, bike 12 miles, run 3 miles.
