We're currently taking reservations for the following areas and programs in order to meet capacity guidelines:

Aquatics, Outdoor Group Exercise, Running Groups, Gymnasium/Basketball Courts, Racquetball Courts, Tracks, Virtual Fitness

Reservation Information

Your membership must be active and an updated waiver must be on file before participating. You only need to sign the waiver once.

In the event of severe weather or extreme high temperatures, we may cancel outdoor classes to keep our members and staff safe. We'll communicate cancellations to members on our website, through Facebook and via our mobile app.

How to Reserve Your Spot

Step 1: View our schedule below.

Step 2: Filter based on your preferences (Group Fitness, Lap Swim, etc)

Step 3: Look for the reservation icon or ‘Sign Up’ by your desired class

Step 4: Select the icon or ‘Sign Up’ link to reserve your spot

  • In this step, you will see the number of spots available in the class, the title of the class you are registering for, as well as the date and time that the class takes place.

Step 5: Log in or create an account to reserve your spot

  • Never used the reservation feature? Register using your name, email address, and password of choice. Registering for classes through GroupEx Pro is secure and your account information will never be shared, you will not be subscribed to receive promotional or marketing-related emails. The only emails you will be eligible to receive are reservation-based communications.

Step 6: Receive email confirmation

  • After you have successfully reserved a spot in your desired class, you will receive an email confirming your spot.
Join the Waitlist

Are the spots full for the program you were looking to reserve a spot in? Join the waitlist! Depending on size our programs have varying waitlist spots, add yourself to the waitlist for a chance to get added to the program if another member drops out!

Once you are logged in or have created an account follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select ‘Join the Waitlist’

Step 2: Confirm you are on the waitlist either of two ways

  1. Check for a green notice that will populate once you have successfully been added to the waitlist
  2. Check your inbox for an email notifying that you have successfully been added.
Canceling your reservation

If you cannot make it to a class after you have reserved your spot, be sure to locate the class you signed up for in your online schedule to cancel the reservation.

Step 1: Open up the YMCA online schedule, filter/find your class you made the reservation for.

Step 2: Select “Sign Up” link

Step 3: Select “Reserve a Spot”

Step 4: Select “Cancel Reservation” in the blue box

Guidelines and FAQ
  • Please be courteous to other members and only reserve ONE time slot per program area per day.
  • Reservations are available in 45-minute increments (except for group fitness & water fitness classes)
  • Reserve your spot beginning 48 hours in advance.
  • In order to be courteous to other members, we require cancellations to be done at least 2 hours prior to the reservation.
  • If you are on the wait list, you will get an email notification if a space opens up.
  • For your safety please bring your own racquets, goggles, yoga mats, water bottles, etc. Most YMCA equipment will not be available for public use.
  • Masks must be worn as you enter and exit our programs/facility but are not required during physical activity. Children ages 2 and up must wear masks when in public areas
  • If you are not feeling well, please stay home, get healthy and remember to cancel your reservation.
  • Family Prime Time child watch is currently not available
  • Showers are not available, except at our Downtown location.
  • Not adhering to these guidelines may result in loss of reservation privileges.

Pool Guidelines

An updated waiver must be on file before participating. You only need to sign the waiver once.

Please be courteous to other members and only reserve ONE time slot per day.

Reservations are available in 45-minute increments (except water fitness classes).

Anyone reserving a lane should be a "green" band in order to swim laps.

Lap Swim
1 person per lane
Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian above 18.

Family /Therapy Usage
Must be in the same family or same household.
Each person in a family must reserve a lane.

  • Family Prime Time child watch is currently not available
  • Showers are not available, except at our Downtown location.
  • Please bring your own towel.
Outdoor Group Exercise Guidelines

An updated waiver must be on file before participating. You only need to sign the waiver once.

  • Please bring your own towels, mats and other equipment.
  • Family Prime Time child watch is currently not available.
  • Showers are not available.
Reserving Virtual Fitness Classes

You'll be able to find live virtual classes on our schedule below - they'll have "virtual" in the name.

You'll just need to click on the link in the description to register via Zoom. Your active membership will be confirmed by our staff and then you'll receive an email with instructions to connect.

Please note: at this time, the links are best accessed via our website and not our mobile app.

Gymnasium/Basketball Court Guidelines
  • 1/2 Court Reservations ONLY.
  • Reservations are for 45 minutes.
  • Back-to-back reservations are not permitted at this time.
  • 2 people per hoop maximum (do not have to be from same household)
  • No organized games
  • Members should bring their own equipment.
Racquetball Court Guidelines
  • Reservations are for 45 minutes.
  • 2 people maximum.
  • Back-to-back reservations are not permitted at this time.
  • Members should bring their own equipment.
Track Guidelines
  • Middle lanes closed (or every other lane depending on branch).
  • One person per lane for each reservation.
