MAKE A RESERVATION!

As we’ve reopened our doors, we’ve learned more about how we can serve our members better.

We are operating at limited capacity to meet physical distancing guidelines. Certain areas and programs at each branch will require reservations and some will just require you to check in at the front desk. Reservation requirements will differ slightly from branch to branch, based on each branch's capacity and availability.

  • Your whole family can reserve most activities using one system with your Y Daxko account. 
  • You’ll be able to have up to 3 active reservations per member at a time in a 30-day window. Once you use one reservation, you'll be able to book another within a day. You are able to have more than 3 reservations a month!
  • Please note that swim lanes are available in 45-minute increments. Due to a limitation in our system, the confirmation email you receive will say 30 minutes, but your 45-minute reservation is secure. Thank you!

If you would like to take an instructor-led fitness class, use GroupExPro to make the reservation.

Reservation Information

Your membership must be active and an updated waiver must be on file before participating. You only need to sign the waiver once.

We’ll have you complete a health screening affirmation online before you arrive (you’ll only have to fill it out once) and then, each time you check in, you’ll affirm that your health screening status has not changed. We will also take your temperature upon entry into the building.

In the event of severe weather or extreme high temperatures, we may cancel outdoor classes to keep our members and staff safe. We'll communicate cancellations to members on our website, through Facebook and via our mobile app.

Guidelines and FAQ
  • Please be courteous to other members and only reserve ONE time slot per program area per day.
  • You can have up to 3 active area reservations per member. Once you use one of those reservations, you can book another.  
  • When searching for area reservations (such as lap swim or basketball courts), selecting all the court or lane options will show you the most accurate availability.  
  • Reservations for Program Areas close one hour prior to the time slot.
  • Pool reservations are available in 45-minute increments
  • In order to be courteous to other members, we require cancellations to be done at least 2 hours prior to the reservation.
  • If you are on the wait list, you will get an email notification if a space opens up.
  • For your safety please bring your own racquets, goggles, yoga mats, water bottles, etc. Most YMCA equipment will not be available for public use.
  • New York State guidelines require masks to be worn at all times when in the Y unless you are eating, drinking, or engaging in aquatic activities such as swimming or showering. Masks must be worn over the mouth and nose. Bandanas, gaiters, and buffs are not acceptable face coverings in a gym setting, per New York State guidelines.
  • If you are not feeling well, please stay home, get healthy and remember to cancel your reservation.
  • Not adhering to these guidelines may result in loss of reservation privileges.

Pool Guidelines

Please be courteous to other members and only reserve ONE time slot per day.

Anyone reserving a lane should be a "green" band in order to swim laps.

Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian above 18.

Must be in the same family or same household.
Each person in a family must reserve a lane.

Outdoor Group Exercise Guidelines
  • Please bring your own towels, mats and other equipment.
Reserving Virtual Fitness Classes

You'll be able to find live virtual classes on our group exercise schedule - they'll have "virtual" in the name.

You'll just need to click on the link in the description to register via Zoom. Your active membership will be confirmed by our staff and then you'll receive an email with instructions to connect.

Gymnasium/Basketball Court Guidelines
  • 1/2 Court Reservations ONLY.
  • Back-to-back reservations are not permitted at this time.
  • 2 people per hoop maximum (do not have to be from same household)
  • No organized games
  • Members should bring their own equipment.
Racquetball Court Guidelines
  • 2 people maximum.
  • Back-to-back reservations are not permitted at this time.
  • Members should bring their own equipment.
Track Guidelines
  • Middle lanes closed (or every other lane depending on branch).
  • One person per lane for each reservation.
